By accessing or using QuizLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
QuizLaunch provides a platform for creating and hosting quiz funnels. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you create and publish through the Service, including quiz questions, result pages, and CTA content.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Free trial periods are available for new subscribers on paid plans and are subject to the terms stated at signup.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant QuizLaunch a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content to quiz takers. QuizLaunch retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.
You may not use the Service to create quizzes that contain illegal content, violate third-party rights, spread misinformation, or engage in deceptive practices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
QuizLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
